It is common to move the contents of the tube in a certain direction by repeatedly compressing the elastic tube. The flow rate is determined by the diameter of the tube and the speed of compression. In order to ensure that our peristaltic pump is running normally, it is necessary for us to do some checks on the peristaltic pump before use:

1. First of all, before starting the peristaltic pump, we should rotate the motor shaft to check whether the rotation of the peristaltic pump is flexible or not stuck.

2. Secondly, if the hose was used last time, the hose should be removed to check whether the hose is worn, cracked, etc. If the wear is serious, a new hose should be replaced in time to avoid fluid leakage caused by damage to the hose and cause unnecessary trouble to the user. After normal use, the pump head should be moved back to the original position to reduce the fatigue of the squeezed part of the hose, so as to achieve a better transmission effect.

3. Then check whether the switching power supply is connected well, and check whether each operation button on the control panel can work normally.
